The age of the classic 3D first-person shooter has disappeared. Now we see huge set-pieces, all-encompassing narratives and the strive to emulate realism – if not to provide tons of super gory fun.
Back in the late ’80s and early ’90s we only needed some paper thin enemies, repeating corridors and far too many weapons to enjoy.
PlayStation Mobile title Gun Commando looks to revive these years once more by providing some classic shooter gameplay, while adding your own spin to it in the process.
Surprisingly, it’s really good fun on the go.
